30 Days, Hassle Free

Have your five-digit order number handy — you’ll find it in the subject line of your order confirmation.

Return shipping is covered on your end.

Once your items land back at our warehouse, we process the refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

If your girl needs a different size, style or colour, the fastest fix is to:
• Return the original items for a refund
• Place a fresh order for the ones you want

Note for US, CAN, UK orders:

Once you’ve dropped your return at the post office, email us your tracking number and a photo of the return receipt.

As soon as we have that proof of lodgment, we’ll start processing your return — no need to wait for the parcel to make it back to us. It helps us move faster and gets your refund or replacement sorted sooner.

There are a few conditions, but not many

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with hygiene stickers intact and original packaging included, within 30 days of delivery.

You can try them on over undies with the sticker still in place to check fit first.

Pouches are unsealed, so do not tear.

Faults?

If anything’s not right - wrong item, faults, etc. - please use subject: ORDER ISSUE and email clear photos to orders@elteesydney.com.au. We’ll take it from there and get everything sorted quick smart.
