Dispatch

Orders placed before 4pm AEST/AEDT are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 4pm roll into the next day's processing window. International orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days regardless of time of order.

Please note: if your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be held and dispatched together once the pre-order item comes into stock, within 1–2 business days of it arriving.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery timeframes are estimates. Times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, weather events, or due to carrier delays. Eltee Sydney is not responsible for delays once your parcel has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Eltee Sydney does not cover, reimburse, or take responsibility for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.

All parcels are shipped with the required documentation to clear customs. While we take care to ensure accurate documentation, we cannot guarantee against clearance delays once your parcel is in the hands of the destination country's customs authority.

If you are unsure what charges may apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Canada specific note: Period underwear (HS 9619.00.10) is subject to a 0% MFN and CPTPP tariff when imported from Australia, and is GST-exempt at the federal level. Provincial sales taxes may apply depending on your province. British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan currently apply PST of 7%, 7%, and 6% respectively. Most other provinces have aligned to exempt menstrual products from provincial tax. We recommend confirming your province's current position with your local tax authority.
