Refund policy

Changed your mind? Not the right fit?

No biggie—we get it. If your Eltee Sydney gear doesn’t knock your socks off or the size isn’t quite right, we’ll sort you out with a refund or exchange.


A Few Quick Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned within 30 days.

  • All products must be returned in original packaging and as new.

  • If your item came with tags or a hygiene seal (e.g. swimwear), these must still be attached and intact.

  • Product pouches come unsealed and ready to open. If product packaging has been torn, a $1 replacement packaging fee will apply.

Bought a Bundle?

If you ordered a discounted bundle, we recommend starting with just one pair. That first pair is yours to keep — no returns on worn items. If you return everything except one item, your refund will be recalculated so that the item you keep is charged at full price, with the remaining unworn items refunded in new condition.

Australia and New Zealand

  • Return shipping is at your expense.
  • If you're after an exchange, we'll ship your replacement at our cost.

United Kingdom and EU
Head to our international portal: elteesydney.com/pages/returns-exchanges — it will direct you to the relevant returns page based on your location.

  • Return shipping is at your expense.
  • If you're after an exchange, we'll ship your replacement at our cost.

United States and Canada

  • If you selected Checkout+ when placing your order, return postage is covered.
  • If you did not select Checkout+, return shipping is at your expense and exchanges are not available for your order.

Something Missing or Not Quite Right?

Received the wrong item or something didn't arrive? Flick us a message at orders@elteesydney.com.au and we'll fix it — fast.

Order placed more than 30 days ago?
The portal won't recognise it, but if your item is faulty we'll still sort you out. Email orders@elteesydney.com.au and we'll process it manually.
