DELIVERY

Delivery within Australia is free $99+ or a $9.95 flat fee if your order is less than $99. Express upgrade $9.95.

Delivery to NZ is a flat $14.95. Customs will not collect GST, duty or charge an Import Entry Transaction Fee (IETF) on goods valued $1000 or less, so unless you're buying up really big, you're in the clear import tax wise.

When will my delivery arrive?

We send packages off on the same day they're ordered if it's before 2.30pm (Sydney time) or if it's after that, we ship them off the following day.

NSW AUSTRALIA DELIVERIES:
  • Metro - up to 2 business days.
  • Regional - up to 5 business days.
OTHER AUSTRALIAN STATES:
  • Metro - up to 2-4 business days.
  • Country - up to 6 business days.
NEW ZEALAND:
  • 5 - 10 business days.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely, stalking your order's progress is half the fun!

When your package has left us, you’ll get an email with a link that takes you to your tracking link (either Sendle or Australia Post) so you can watch it make its way to you.

Do you deliver outside of Australia and New Zealand?

Not for now but watch this space! And please get in touch if you want to chat about the possibility of distributing Eltee Sydney products in your country.

ELTEE SYDNEY RETURNS

"Eek, I've changed my mind!" "Oh no, it doesn't fit"... what do I do?

No big deal, we get it. We’ll refund or exchange if your Eltee Sydney stuff doesn’t knock your socks off or the size isn't right.

There are a few conditions, but not many:

  • In original condition unworn and unwashed, and returned within 30 days.
  • Swimwear and underwear must have their hygiene seal in place and underwear must be returned in its packaging as new.

There's a small charge of $4.95 for returns. It's covers a little of the postage cost and we cover the rest. We'd love to cover it all but we're still only a little biz.

Visit our self serve RETURNS CENTRE to kick off the returns process.

We'll process your refund when we receive the returned items and you'll get an email to let you know it's all done and dusted.
