1. Measure her body. Use the low-hip measurement first, then check her waist against the size chart. Between sizes? Go up.
2. Get UnderDance sitting properly. Sides comfortably high on the hips. Back smoothed into place. Protection sitting close to the body, with no gaps and no digging.
3. Put the whole outfit on. Check front, sides and back. Then move. Bend, stretch, squat, kick. What disappears while standing still can develop other ideas once choreography starts.

Will UnderDance show under my leotard?
It’s designed with a high-cut shape specifically to work beneath higher leg lines. But leotards vary in cut, fabric, colour and fit. Try the two together and check front, sides and back while moving.
How should UnderDance sit?
High and comfortable on the hips, with the back smoothed into place and the absorbent area sitting close to the body. It has a Brazilian-style cut with cheekier back coverage, not a full brief.
What if I’m between sizes?
Measure her low hip first and check her waist second. If she falls between sizes, size up. Measurements beat age and usual clothing size every time.
How much does UnderDance absorb?
Approximately 2–3 tampons or four regular pads. Treat that as a capacity guide rather than a number of guaranteed hours. Flow and changing opportunities vary.
Is it only for dance?
No. The same high-cut shape works for gymnastics, acro and activewear whenever a lower-cut brief is likely to show.
Which colour should I choose?
UnderDance comes in Black, Neutral and Brown. Check the colour beneath her actual outfit in good light. There is no single “invisible” shade under every fabric or on every skin tone.
How do I wash it?
Rinse after wear, cold machine wash with similar colours and air-dry fully. Skip fabric softener and the tumble dryer.
